Registration Deadline:

Registration for all GTAR classes will close at 11:59 p.m. the Sunday prior to the scheduled class. After that, there will be no registrations accepted for that week of classes – NO EXCEPTIONS! We have sponsors who provide food for our classes, and they require an accurate headcount. Please plan accordingly.

Cancellation Policy Where a Fee is NOT Charged (i.e. FREE GTAR classes)
You must notify GTAR 24 hours before the scheduled class of your need to cancel your registration without penalty. Notify GTAR by calling 918-663-7500. If it is after hours, you must leave a voicemail.
If you fail to notify GTAR by the deadline, you will be charged a $25 No Show/No Call fee.

Cancellation Policy:

You have until 11:59 p.m. the night before class to notify GTAR of your need to cancel without penalty and receive a full refund. Notify GTAR by calling 918-663-7500. If it is after hours, you must leave a voicemail. If you fail to notify GTAR by the deadline, you forfeit your registration fee – NO EXCEPTIONS! If you charge the registration fee to your GTAR account, you will still be responsible for paying the fee if you do not cancel the class by the deadline.
