| The GTAR Bylaws Committee, as a standing committee is responsible for reviewing the Bylaws annually and submitting proposed changes to the Board of Directors for approval. If changes are approved by the Board, then all proposed Bylaw changes are presented to the membership for a vote at the Annual Business Meeting. |
