Contracts

NEW FORMAT! This course will be broken down into two 3-hour sessions. Morning session will be working with sellers from 9am to Noon covering: listing agreement, cooperative compensation agreement, and TRR then the afternoon session will be working with buyers from 1pm to 4pm and will cover: buyer broker agreement, cooperative compensation agreement, residential sales contract, contracts guide, and TRR. You may take one or both, depending on what credits you need. The state requirement is 6 hours of contracts.
