9am-11am-New Construction: In this class, students will gain practical competency with new construction contracts, builder negotiations, timelines, warranties, punch lists, delays, and the key differences between “to be completed” homes and true custom builds.

11am-Noon-Lunch

Noon-2pm-Vacant Lot Vs. Vacant Land: This course teaches students how to navigate vacant lot and vacant land contracts, including legal descriptions, surveys, utilities, access, mineral rights, zoning concerns, inspections, and development hurdles that can impact a buyer’s plans before they have even begun. 

2pm-4pm-TRR’s: Students will learn how to confidently manage the TRR timeline from start to finish while navigating inspections, repair requests, and material defect negotiations without blowing up the deal. There is a great emphasis on educating both buyers and sellers to set expectations up front.
